Jean Paul Heusdens
Born on December 16th, 1955, I graduated with a Master in English and Linguistics. I speak French, English, Dutch and Portuguese. I begun my career as a university researcher in sociolinguistics. Afterwards I taught English in Casablanca (Morocco).
Upon my return in Belgium, I was a lecturer at a College of Architecture and Fine Arts and a College of Tourism in Brussels. At the same time, I begun a career of guide-lecturer specialized in the history of architecture in Belgium and the United States of America.
In 1996 I created my first own architectural travel programme on the occasion of the exhibition devoted to the work of Charles Rennie Mackintosh in Glasgow (Scotland).
In April 2000 in Lisbon (Portugal), I founded my own service provider company in the field of cultural tourism. I am the managing director of it. I design the traveldesigner programmes. I also carry out translation service in the field of tourism, history of art, architecture and design. I accompany all the programmes that I design. |
